By accessing or using the Prepit platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Prepit provides AI-assisted interview preparation tools, CV analysis, and technical scenario testing. The services are provided "as is" and are intended for educational and preparation purposes. We do not guarantee employment or specific interview outcomes as a result of using our platform.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

Contributors: If you register as a Contributor, you agree that any scenarios or questions you submit will be original or properly licensed, and you grant Prepit a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute these materials within the platform.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI integration or backend systems.
• Spam, solicit, or attempt to extract data from other users.
• Submit intentionally misleading or explicit content into the mock interview system.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
